POST OFFICE SPEED SERVICES

I requested a document to be delivered to siyabuswa from Durban on the 1 aug 2015 for overnight counter to counter, Up until today the parcel did not reach the destination. I called speed services call centre for about 3 days I always get different reasons. Can the post office tell me where is my parcel. I will never ever use their speed services again it turn out to be a slow services.
