post office speed service a failure to society

<p>On the 20/03/2017 i sent important documents via speed service to jhb. When i track the parcel online it is stuck at jhbcur/hub. There is nothing speedy about this service and i paid so much for the quick delivery of these documents. The local post office has not been helpful as they have told me there is nothing they can do about the situation. Does this mean that my documents are now lost at some warehouse? Why is the post office treating people like this? Is it because there is a slight lack of competition for the services you offer that you do not stick to the promises you make to people and yet your prices for services keep on increasing..... I am yet to also report this issue to the ombudsman and icasa. Maybe you will take me seriously then. </p>
