post office south africa

have receive a message that my parcel is ready for collection 2 weeks ago , ii ***za, <br> <br> nothing is received at the damdoryn post office , then I receive a second sms stating that it is at ifafi post office, been there also and no parcel received.<br> <br> no one answer the customs number .<br> <br> my parcel is addressed to go to damdoryn 0280 po box 431 .<br> <br> can someone please respond
