post office should change their slogan

I bought items in the UK, and paid Priority rates for the shipping. But then comes the shocking part - 3 months later, and my parcel is still not in my hands. moving from Jhb International, to customs, and back, 2 months, then, once back at JIMC, it is scanned to Bloemfontein, but after another 2 weeks, still not here. seemingly they have now employed donkey carts again. the service is nauseating. and the worst of it all, the CEO, MR Barnes, does not give a hoot! just another para - statal wanting bail-outs and more and more increments, but sitting on their fat bottoms doing nothing. I am not sure if it is incompetence, or being deliberate, or a mix of the 2, but I have never seen such poor service in my life. "we deliver, whatever it takes", my ****
