Post office sevice declining service

People mostly in rural areas rely mostly from the services brought to them through the poat office like pension grants,child support grants, old age grants payouts and banking on post bank. During those pay outs the service is very poor the banking hall is congested with very little air conditioning. The grant money runs dry early that results to chaos. This happens monthly. The banking hall has no chairs for elderly persons as it mainly serves them. The hall is noisy too. The banking service has declined due to shortage of money. Towards December people will be frustrated when their savings could not be released in time for xmast shopping as has always been the case.
