Post office services are beyond despicable the whole world is counting on their services and this is what we get.

I have been waiting for my parcel that have been shipped in April and May and till to this day I haven't received them. I have been calling the mail center and there is no answer everyday I call their line keeps saying they have a high call volume. You call in the morning,afternoon and later still the same message. This is really unfair as I have also send an email in July on the 3rd and they only rep**** yesterday on the 2nd August. My packages are sitting at the mail center only one was scanned on to the system. The other 3 still just sitting there. I have paid a lot of money for all these things that I have to wait so long for. Even when I called the EMS center to ask if I can come and collect the parcels myself they are refusing.
