post office service very bad

my parcel was shipped fromm china and should have arrieved begining of june but until now its not here yet. this is very bad service as i called one of their branches and was told its at me local post office in randburg and when i went there i was told it still at the landing post office. i have over 10parcels stuck there now and their tracking dont work. please assist me am very unhappy

call me *** to resolve this. you guys have been around for a very long time not to be able to offer better service than this
