POST OFFICE SERVICE IS IRRITATING.

I am at Post office Heidedal and they cannot help me, I went to Post office in Bloemfontein town CBD no one in the post office is able to tell me where my parcel is, Johannesburg Post office sent my parcel to Bloemfontein in August 2020, until today Post Office in Bloemfontein cannot tell me where this parcel is. My tracking number is RV***CN.
