Post office service down

A registered letter was posted to me 5 weeks ago. I received no slip till today. I phoned the 0860 number to track but no answer for 30 minutes . Just informing there are are call volumes. Phoned polokwane hub. System was down so they could not track. Today got answer from polokwane hub to say letter is at post office. After waiting in the queue they asked why I had no slip but only a tracking number. I said that is because they did not put the slip in my box. Eish. After 10minutes I finally got my registered letter. The post office service is really gone down. They need to shake up and wake up.
