Post Office sent my package overseas

I sent a package from the Braamfontein Post Office on the 24th of November 2017 to George in the Western Cape. The package did not leave the post office until the 1st of December where it was sent abroad.

I have no idea why it was sent abroad or to who it was sent. I want my package back or a full refund of the contents of the package and the postage fee i paid!!!!
