Post Office Scores Own Goal

I ordered an item from China. It arrived in Johannesburg on 2nd March. Cape Mail tells me it is still there, unpacked, not assessed. It's now the 19th March. This is not service by any stretch of the imagination. Grow up Post Office, this is the 21st century and is it totally, utterly and completely farcical to assume anyone should accept this commercial behaviour as acceptable.
