Post office SASSA PENSION CARDS

Been trying all thru April 2021 to unblock and get a new Sassa card so I can collect my pension. Drove to about 6 post offices and 2 Sassa offices. All P Os had computer problems either not working or being offline. Some said they have no electricity!!!. SASSA doesn't help...they shove you onto the P O. Yesterday at Springs PO a P O clerk insists I must tell her my Sassa card pin code in order to get a new Sass card. I didn't as it's confidential info. She didn't maker a new card. I still cannot cash out my pension moneys for 2 months now. .
