Post Office (SAPO)

I have been waiting for my Mail From Eastern Cape Stutterheim. Its over 3 weeks now, It's destination is Pretoria North kollonade mall, I have tried phoning customer care no one answers, At the branch in Kollonade they said they hev not received it, poor poor customer service. I will never use their services anymore.
