Post office SA

I am extremely disappointed with the Post office.

1st case: I have sent package in December 2023 from Cape Town, to the USA for R235 (Brackenfell post office), these packages where never sent according to them they only send it out yesterday.

2nd Case: I have sent 1x package the 19 of Aug 2024 and 3x packages the 26th of August 2024 at R109.95 ea (Bedfordview post office). these packages were also never sent ], according to the post office it was sent out yesterday with the other packages from 2023.

How can this be?? I would like my packages to be returned to me urgently and to be refunded in full. The Post office is a complete waist of time, it should be closed down completely.
