post office sa dont know what they doing

<p>I was sent a parcel from jhb on the 3rd of january 2017. I asked how long it will take to get to durban the one man told me at the post office it takes 4 days i must come on 6th of january. I called this morning to find out if its there and another woman tells me it will be 7 days. Tracking has been saying its IN TRANSIT for 2days now my tracking number pa ********** 01za. Pls start getting your facts strait</p>
