POST OFFICE SA

Hi Guys. I just want to tell you about the bad service I've received from the Post Office. Before lockdown my mom sent me a package. I kept on calling to check if it has arrived, they told me no they will call once it has arrived. My parcel got to the the post office where I was suppose to collect it on the 26, I called them on that day. I was told they are busy with Sassa people they are not helping anyone besides them. A month later they called to ask me to collect my parcel because it's now spoiled. I asked why didnt they call all along. Only to to find out my parcel was already there on the 26,they were lazy to check. Today iam waiting for another parcel that was sent on the 12 but it hasn't arrived. I keep calling, but iam not getting answered. If the post office have problems delivering in time,why is it that they dont tell us when we post our things. I've spent R180 to send this parcel and all the things inside I payed for. I cant stand how they dont value our money. I spent so much buying and posting both packages. But they fail to give me ny money's worth. POST OFFICE SUCKS. I will use Paxy from now on.
