Post office refused to give me my paid international items

I am Gugulethu Nene in Durban. I am having a problem with SA post office in Durban Central. I have 3 international items sitting with them that I can not get hold of them and I bought those items. I only have Tracking numbers for those items but the post office did not send me receipt that I can use to collect them. Ionly received an sms on my phone about items from this number ********** 559 notifying me that I have an international items awaiting for collection at Durban Post office but if I go to post office they say they need RR number that they have not sent me. I only have tracking numbers for those parcels but the post office does not allow them . Please try an assist me with anyone in post office that can help to collect my items.
