Post office refused to assist me because I didn't take my mask off

It was on the 8th of August 2020 in the morning around 9:45am,I went to the post office in tsakane mall to renew my car licence,when I got there I found a guy standing at the do asking people what they wanna do,ok I told the guy I want to renew my license,and then he went and asked the person who renews license that I can come in,that person said I must remove my mask first before he can assist me,I told him I can't remove my hence I'm not feeling well and I have sores around my lips...he rep**** and "hai ke if that's the case nami I can't help you,infact I'm offline"..he then assisted other people,I was left there since I refused to take off my mask...the guy wasn't even wearing a name tag,but his the only one with dreadlocks at the post office,I'm so disappointed at the treatment I got just for refusing to take off my mask.
