Post Office Rant en Dal Krugersdorp

Good day, I have order a present from a lady in Pretoria and I am staying in Krugersdorp.

she sent the packaged on 12/12/2018 with Speed Service. I was there on 15/12/2018 at the Rant en Dal Post office in Krugersdorp and the lady there told me that she did not received any packages from Speed Services the only time she have received anything from them was on Tuesday the 11th of December. So I ask my son-in-law to go to the Post Office again today 19/12/2018 seeing that a packages from Speed Service is suppose to take only 24 to 36 hour to be delivered. so more than a week has past and still the lady at the Post Office told my son-in-law that there is still no packages from Speed Services.

I phone Speed Services on ***and the lady told me they delived the package on 13/12/2018 at the Rant en Dal Post Office.

So now I want to know if the Speed Service was in the right time with there delivery how is it possible the the Post Office of Rant en Dal ********** 500 do not pick up there phone or even go the exstra mile to go and look if my parcel is maybe there and she missed it the first time to book it in.
