Post office problems again

Menlo Park Post Office. Torn-off sheet of paper with bad scribble on door explaining that they are closed (for an indeterminate period) "due do power problems". The security guard explained that the Council had cut services to them owing to non-payment of their account. Presumably all the staff sit at home and do nothing on full pay? Dirt in front of the door indicates that this has been on for a while. What a circus. I went to Garstfontein Branch and must say that they are absolutely fine. What on earth is going on with the people responsible for this?
