Post Office Parcel Tracking

Can anyone tell my why my international parcel from Taiwan is lying at the Johannesburg International Mail Centre since MARCH 10, 2018 ? Nobody answers any telephone calls and I've tried the Cape Town Mail Centre as well, but with the same non-results. The Post Office where I collect my parcels from also have no answer ?! Is this type of service the norm (my previous parcel resided just over a month in Johannesburg before it eventually found it's way to my local Post Office in Cape Town. Jeez !!
