Post Office Parcel Not Traceable.

I am not happy with the Rustenburg Post office. I went there on numerous occasion to collect my parcel, then was told that my parcel is too bit and takes time to be traced. The teller provided me with the number and promised to look for the parcel and said that I must call the office to check id they have found my parcel. Despite my calls and my time and effort that I went thee and been told that my parcel takes time to find it. It has been 3 months now waiting for . Been calling on this number with no luck. It just ringing no one picks up. *** It has been 3 months now, last week Friday 5th Aug they told me that they cant find my parcel.
