POST OFFICE: PARCEL IN TRANSIT FOR MORE THAN 2 MONTHS!

I have been waiting for more than 8 months for parcel from Germany transported by DHL(they kept parcel for a very long time also) . On the 2018-11-28 my parcel was given to the JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) on the 2018-12-03 the parcel moved to SS - JETPARK (HUB). my parcel has been in transit now for 2 months with no change in the status. I have been calling the customer support lines, horrible service! I was transferred from pillar to post without any adequate assistance.
