Post office Paledi mall worst service ever

Sent very important documents via Fast Mail in the beginning of March 2021 it's now almost month end and my documents not receives. Went in to track it they said Rachel Machete the lady who processed made it as a register nd there is nothing they can do..very useless service At POST OFFICE PALEDI MALL
