Post Office Package Lost

I will never use SA Post Office for any deliveries moving forward, this is my 1st and last time.

I ordered something over a month ago and according to tracking information it arrived in SA 2 weeks ago, left customs more than a week ago and still hasn't been scanned into CPT. The contact centre consultant says it strange that my order hasn't been scanned into CPT as it is more than a week that it left customs and JHB. She advised me to contact my post office in the area who could not assist me and now I don't know what to do. Pathetic service and now my parcel is nowhere to be found which cost me quite a bit!

I hope no one uses post office even though it may be the cheapest option it certainly isn't worth it.
