Post Office online renewal vechile licence dont use it

The online vechicle renewal of the Post Office please dont use this link... We register our vechiles pay the amount they quote and on the 1 of March there were a re qoute!!! Of R366 we paid R1959 yesterday i paid the R366 and that same evening there was another reqoute of R515 as the previous R366 i logg a complain why must we pay this amount nobody untill on this day the 9 of March 2022 give us any feedback.. They have a whatsapp number and then they just sent a message that this is the refno... There is no other way to reach them you must file a complaint and then they just sent you a refno and just hand out re qoutes.... Everytime we pay a re quote they just sent another reqoute.. Yesterday i ask for a refund and they just sent a email with the refno of the payment of the R366.. Could somebody please assis me regarding this matter because if i add all the figures we did pay up till now that is if we pay the R515 the amont would be R4242... The two vechiles is up to date i thought the 366 rand was the year 2020 we didnt renew the trailer... But now everytime i pay a requote there is another requote... And there email they sent you say this link will expaire on the 2022/04/07..Then i will loose all that money.. My advise please please dont use the Post Office online vechile service because you pay for other peoples outstanding vechile licences...
