Post office Online License renewal FAIL

I duly paid R1200 for a car license renewal on they system www.sapomvl.co.za on 1 March. The system accepted my money, but later rejected the application requesting documentation to be uploaded via dashboard. I was happy to do this, but there is nowhere at all to upload documentation! I have emailed over 20 times requesting assistance, but not once was I assisted. There are no contact mechanisms other than submitting a ticket via their website, which yields NO response! I have requested a refund multiple times, but this was also ignored. I will have to consider placing a charge of theft.
