Post Office on line vehicle license

In January 2022 I registered and paid R1340 into the SA Post Office vehicle on line account after receiving a quote for my 3 vehicles. there was a delayed response and then they wanted documents (proof of address) which was acceptable for one vehicle but not the other two, and so it went on. I then received a quotation increasing the price on two of the vehicles I went and spoke to the Postmaster on 2 occasions to no avail. All he could say is "I will sent HO an email" I phone the Postmaster around 7 times also to no avail The licenses were never received after numerous attempts of visiting the online site asking for a refund I still have not heard anything from the Post Office
