Post Office not up to standard. No Phones, no emails and tracking incorrect

Hi,

Been trying to contact the post office in the Reeds from last week. The number is always busy and when it rings someone picks up but no answer. Not a sound nothing. No email address to contact them. I had to drive to the post office after my tracking number says it is at the post office and the first notice was send to me. Only for the guy to say the package is still at the Tshwane mail centre. So the tracking is incorrect as well. I pay so much extra on shipping fees for products outside SA to get delivered faster only to sit. No phones, no email and tracking incorrect? Can someone please contact me
