Post Office not there for customers

I have just been to Adelaide post office and my parcels have not yet been delivered to the branch here.

I am extremely frustrated as these are SPEEDSERVICES PARCELS.

How then is it that they have not been delivered? They were scanned out of Port Elizabeth post office on the 2nd of November

IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN TWO WEEKS SINCE THE PARCELS WHERE SCANNED OUT TO ADELAIDE! I have sent messages on the post office' Facebook page. I have sent the DM's. I have emailed their customer service department several times but they do not even respond to me
