Post Office not paying employees overtime

Hi, this is the second time I'm reporting David Matamba from the SA Post Office. I still have not received my overtime. Why must I beg for money that is owed to me? Money I've worked for 6 days a week with no lunch breaks no off days. When I ask Mr Matamba he replys with all monies were paid to you, when I ask him to provide proof, I'm being ignored?? So what is going on.. Fanie and Richardt does not get back to one doesnt matter how many messages I leave. Must I just accept now that the Post office over stepped the labour law and nothing gets done about it? After my 1st complaint on Hello Peter at least they now close the store at lunch hours to ensure that the employee gets lunch but what about me? I had to work every lunch hour for almost 3 months. This this ignorance of no one attending to my complaints and queries have something to do with color? Is that why I HAD to work through lunch hours and every saturday with no payment? now that I claim overtime as well as back pay on the increase that was approve whilst I was still an employee of the post office all I get is ignorance? Or is that how the management operate? Does the post Office look at color?
