Post Office not open

I have a parcel that needs to be picked up from the Post Office in Ladanna in Polokwane. The Post Office has been closed for more then 2 weeks now. How long is it still going to take???? The other Post Office is open but not this one. What are we supposed to do now?? I think it's unacceptable
