post office, NOT delivering whatever it takes

most pathetic service ever received from anywhere. has a parcel idling since 05/02. was told on 20/02 that they have issues with door deliveries and i am welcome to collect, however i have to get confirmation. been asking every day since then, up to now, 01/03 still no answer from anybody regarding my parcel.

nearly a month since my parcel is ready to be collected and nobody cares to answer any telephones on e-mails.
