Post office norkem Park the worst

I went to the post office at Norkem Park in Kempton Park. I have never in my life dealt with such bad service. I was standing in cue for about 25 mins when there was only 3 people before me. My turn came and I checked my phone for the tracking number next thing the lady behind me walks towards the tellers I politely tell her that I’m next and she politely moves away and next thing the teller says she’ll help me after helping the lady but I was behind her my phone switches off cause the battery was low and then I tell the teller that next thing another teller who is sitting there and not helping other says to me rudely “what are we supposed to do when you’re busy on your phone” I don’t think that’s a way to speak to a customer especially because I wasn’t busy with my personal stuff but looking for the tracking number. She then went on about me being busy with my own stuff in front of other customers and making a mockery out of me. I’m beyond upset about this. I need something to be done about Suzette Hathlane’s attitude. I wasn’t helped after being there for so long.
