Post Office Missing Parcel

Still waiting for an answer from them re a parcel for us which arrived in SA on 3 Sept for delivery in Cape Town, the parcel arrived in Cape town was then sent to Hunters Retreat in PE, according to their website it is still there ?? Their call center phone is never answered and our emails are also ignored, we have sent over twenty emails to them.What more can we do, seems parcel has been ****** in the meantime
