Midrand Post Office - Deceased Estate Payout

I am writing this review due to the frustration I have endured since I lodged claim for my late mother's funds to be released into the beneficiaries bank accounts which we have supp**** several times. We lodged the Deceased's Estate claim for our mother at Midrand since 2 years ago without any success.

Each time we inquire we were advised to restart the process and this has been ongoing for a long time. I have reached a stage where i need this to be finalised ASP! Beginning of September to date i have been calling and going to the branch, I the claim is waiting for management to approve/authorise. One consultant also advises that they will follow and call me but to date nothing.

I urgently need Post Office Midrand to attend to this complaint, failure to do so, i will contact the Ombudsman.
