Post Office Mayville Mall Pretoria. Tracking

Tracking number PE 898 891 045 ZA send on 1 October 2018 at 1:00 from Mayville Mall post office to Sasolburg. I was told will arrive at Friday or Saturday latest and the baby is born and no parcel for the new born. This is the worst slap in my face and terrible service. When I am phoning to ask for tracking no answer and I did send a mail. What must be done. Ask at post office at mayville mall Pretoria where I send the parcel not even they can assist me. Disappointed today 15 October 2018 and this is 14 days already. They cant help or explain why its taking more than 10 working days. Where do I complain about the parcel. When I am phoning they don't answer , when email also nothing when I went to the post office mayville mall Pretoria they can't help. The man that assist me didn't even ask me if I need to take insurance on parcel only paid R150 to send. The parcel is valued at R900. I really don't know what to do.
