Post Office Mayhem

On the 17th September 2018 I sent a document via registered mail from the Schaurdeville post office in Port Elizabeth to Braamfontein in Johannesburg. My tracking no. is RC ********** 22ZA and I have been tracking it on the internet ever since. I know that the Post Office was striking at a stage but its been over a month now and the parcel is still not delivered. This morning I phoned the toll free no. ***to find out what is happening and had to wait for over a half and hour just for my call to be answered and then was given a different no. to call. The person I spoke to then told me it went to the incorrect post office and again I was given another no. to call. I have now spent most of my morning making calls which will most probably cost me quite a bit and still don't know what is going on with the parcel as nobody seem to know whats happening.
