Post Office Mayhem

<p>I sent a parcel of library books to NWU library in Potchefstroom on the 31st of March. I was told that it should be delivered within a week or two at the most. I have sice received several remind3ers from NWU that the books are overdue. The Post Office traching system tracked the parcel to the wits hub where it probably ended up as somebody's foot rest! No amount of calling, emails or urgent pleas could make this parcel reappear. The Post Office personnel to whom we could speak, (many phone lines just keep on ringing unanswered), just tells us that they do not know where the parcel is. Please people! Can somebody just find my parcel!?</p>
