Post office main branch useles

Absolutly horrible service .phoning 4 days and not ones be able to speak to somebody .just now, hold telefone line for 15 min nobody answer ,except they voice note .my parcel always if its not missing then its will lie around to long .terrible useless people working there and earn money for doing nothing .
