Post office lost parcel the fish rots from the head.

I posted a gift thru post office worth R3500 to Standerton on the 15th of August tracking no PE ********** 14ZA to date that gift has not arrived I've phoned the call center which no 1 replies I've sent e-mails which they just said the parcel is in a Pretoria , I've sent follow up emails today the parcel has still not arrived but now the don't even reply to the e-mail. I'm so devasted no 1 is interested in helping me all they saying is they will refund my R80 for spostage in a month time if the parcel is not delivered . I regret using post office I don't know how they will handle grants if they can't find parcels with a support system that does not work. Trully the fish rots from the head it just shows no senior management monitors the running of all departments everyone is just getting salaries for doing clocking in and clocking out of work
