Post Office Lenasia Extension.1

This email was sent to the Manager at the Lenasia Post Office. He read the message but did not respond, therefore i feel the public should know about the health and safety risk which the Lenasia Post Office neglects.

Please be informed that I have a box at the exit area within the boundaries of your Post Office i.e. P.O Box 3283. The level of safety and environmental issues are surely compromised and found appalling. The grass and ****s what has surfaced with black jacks is more than a meter high, the stench smell makes is unbearable to collect our post. The exit area within the post office boundary compromises the health and safety act and if not attended to, this will be escalated. The service level of poor housekeeping and environmental concerns needs to be attended to urgently. I have taken photographs and will escalate this to social media, Hello Peter and the CPA should this complaint not be resolved. We are paying customers and require quality service. Please provide the corrective and preventive action that will be taken before this non-conformance is escalated to higher levels.
