Post Office late deliveries or non delivery

I have been waiting for my parcel since august. It was sent from CPT on the 3rd of August it still hasn't arrived and now it is the 26th October. PE ********** 00za is the tracking number. And when I call the call centre no one picks it up so I'm not sure now what to do. It says WItsposhub since 24th August.
