Post Office lack of service

My parcel from Belgium has been received on 18/01/2020 and released from the Jhb Mail Centre to Pretoria on 25/01/2020. To date I have still not received anything and no person is ever answering a phone on ***. The local post office is unable to answer to this delay. This is unacceptable and very poor service.
