Post office Kolonnade

The post office at kolonnade Montana park is absolutely pathetic, there are 4 individuals behind the teller of which only 1 is assisting, they allow people to jump queues that ran out to get money or copies etc which is unacceptable, I stand there with my 2 sick kids in a hurry but not acknowledged, I am tired that my international parcels need to end up at a place to lazy to comply with normal regulated jobs, incompetence is an understatement. I've had it with people having jobs and being to lazy to do them, give it to someone deserving and willing.
