Post office karen park

Hi, i find the post office karen park service appalling to say the least.

I went to post some documents 3 months ago to be told they dont have envelopes, had to buy them from a stationary shop which was not a problem all went well afterwards. Today had to post more documents to be told the same thing that they dont have envelopes and was sent to a stationary shop to buy them, upon my return got a hell of attitude from the cashier that i was supposed to leave my money with her for the stamps before i went to buy the envelopes, i then turned and told her but that information was not made available to me before sending me to buy the envelopes. She turned and said i should have asked. Questions:

*How is it possible that a company that deals with stationary never have stationary? *Knowing what clients need to do, why are information never given prior?(keeping in mind this was never asked in the first encounter)

Asked if she will be able to assist, she just rolled her eyes and continued with other things. Is this the service we should expect from service providers? If so let us know so we can go in prepared for a 0 rate service.
