Post office just closed down without us knowing

So we went to go check our post today. And boy what a surprise we got, they just closed down and now all out post is going to Boksburg North, We got no letter informing us of this, But yet we had to pay our annual renewal fee in January for the box which they gladly accepted without notifying us that the postbox will be closing. I don't want to drive all the way to Boksburg North for my post. When i tried to phone Boksburg North post office the phone just rings the whole time. Where is my Post???Who is responsible for this???? And why wasnt your clients informed???? Unacceptable!!!
