POST OFFICE IS USELESS-South African Post Post Office

<p>My Sister sent me a parcel from Pretoria at Post office 03/12/2016 counter to counter service the parcel was supposed to take 3 days but up until today it has not arrived when I tracked the parcel I discovered that it was sent from jhb to els then Durban instead of Umtata finally went to the post office on Saturday the lady took the tracker number and just told me that it is in Durban as if ther was nothing irreguar about that ,I then indicated to her that the parcel was not supposed to have been there how did it pass Umtata to Durban she said she does not know I must come when it arrives ,I then demanded that she phones and findout what the problem was after a long argument with her she fainally went to call and came back telling me that the Speedways who does their packaging made a mistake and sent the parcel to Durban ,I am so angry a about the bad service of South African Post Office need less to say it wa an urgent and important parcel but now still its galavanting around the country I have not received it South Afican Post office Sucks Period </p>
