POST OFFICE IS THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Two weeks ago (10 August 2018) I sent a parcel from Rand Ridge Mall To limpopo and I was told it will take up to a week to get there.. I am still waiting going for 3 weeks!!!!!!! I needed this parcel to be in Limpopo as fast as possible. WHY IS POST OFFICE STILL OPEN?????? So that the people working for them can earn a salary without doing anything? this is ridiculous! Try to phone the customer care number, no answer, Try to phone Randridge Mall post office, no answer (and I know for a fact that they are very quiet inside). So what are they doing there???? MY TRACKING NUMBER IS RC 170 114 784 ZA

28 Aug 2018, 12:48I was there again this morning, trying out something different. I called them and still there was no answer. I went inside and made a video, the place is empty. These people just sit around and do absolutely nothing! I did ask where my package is and I was told that it is still at Southgate because of a back log they have but still can't get an answer to when my package will be delivered. How useless is these people? They can move my package from Randridge Mall to Southgate, just to pile up there collection while we struggle to get our goods delivered. Post Office, not even a response on Hellopeter says a lot about your services. You need to be closed down for good!! You pay people with our money for sitting around and not doing anything.
Can anyone tell me where this is in Southgate so that I can go collect my package and go deliver it myself??
