Post Office is taking money from its customers under false pretences

I posted an airmail parcel to Portugal on 19 December 2019. To date it has still not arrived and the tracking system says it is "on route" (sic). Airmail is not cheap. If I wanted it to take a month of Sundays to get there I'd have sent it surface mail. This organisation is going to the dogs again.
